Situated in the beautiful Carlton Gardens, the Royal Exhibition Building was completed in 1880 for Melbourne’s first International Exhibition. On 1 July 2004, it became the first building in Australia to achieve World Heritage listing. The Great Hall is a magnificent setting for many events, catering for everything from trade shows to community events and fairs. The soaring dome and expansive gallery are just some of the features of the building that make it unique.
